Airfare to/from Denver	Distributor pays all airfare costs
Shuttle Transportation	Distributor pays for transporation to hotel
Hotel	Prochem will pay for 3 nights.	Prochem will pay for 1 night.
Transportation to/from hotel, class and meals	$0	$0

Class Materials and Manuals	$0	$0
Meals	Prochem pays for all breakfast and lunches and Tuesday night dinner

Additional hotel nights for early arrival or late departures can be billed to you directly at the hotel for $79 per night + tax.
